City of Destin's "Kindardance" Program

The Destin Community Center is excited to offer a Kinderdance class for children ages 3–6! This fun and engaging six-week program will introduce young children to dance and movement while helping build coordination, confidence, and creativity. Classes will start October 6th and be held once a week on Tuesdays from 5:30–6:15 p.m. for six weeks. Participants will learn age-appropriate dance skills and routines in a positive and encouraging environment. Participants will need leotard/tights, ballet and tap shoes, and hair pulled back. Shape & Sculpt Fitness Class

The City of Destin will be offering Shape and Sculpt fitness classes on Wednesdays from 8:15am to 9:15am. This light-weight workout is set to fun music with a focus on strengthening your muscles, balance, and core. Classes are $5 per class and are open to all ages and fitness levels. Adult Pickleball Program 17+

Play Pickleball at Destin Community Center! Sessions are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, times vary. Fees to play are $10/non-residents and $5/ Destin-residents. Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga

The Destin Community Center will be offering a Hatha & Vinyasa Style Yoga class for all levels every Thursday, from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. The class will focus on breathing, controlled movements, and stretching. Vinyasa Yoga which will consist of breathing exercises and short meditation. The cost is $5/Destin res per class and is open to everyone 17+.

Gentle Yoga

The Destin Community Center is pleased to offer a six-week Adult Gentle Yoga class designed for adults looking to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall well-being in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Classes will be held once a week on Saturdays at 10 a.m. Gentle yoga features slower-paced movements, stretching, and breathing exercises, making the class suitable for beginners as well as those looking for a low-impact way to stay active. After-hours "Cooking Lab"

The Destin Community Center is hosting an “ After-hours Cooking Lab Night” open to Middle Schoolers ages 10-14. Cooking Lab will be on Mondays, November 2, 9,16, and Dec 7th from 6:00pm-7:30. Participants will cook basic meals, eat together, and socialize. This is a fun and educational experience for kids interested in the basics of cooking. Supplies are provided. Participants should dress comfortably, with closed-toed shoes and hair tied back. The fee is $40 for Destin residents and $50 for non-residents.
