Anne Judith Kelz was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving death after allegedly striking a 62-year-old pedestrian on Bluewater Boulevard in February and fleeing. A warrant was issued in Okaloosa County on Sept. 10, and Kelz was booked into jail before being released on bond.
