Santa Rosa County officials are recommending that residents in coastal and low-lying areas prepare to evacuate as Tropical Storm Isaias approaches, with impacts expected to begin Friday. The storm is forecast to bring up to 7 feet of storm surge, 20 to 25-foot breakers, and heavy rain to areas south of Interstate 10, including Navarre, Navarre Beach and Gulf Breeze.
